This Raclette cheese from Savoy has a thin, brownish-orange colored rind, and a yellow-ivory creamy texture. It has a strong and very aromatic taste with a milky, fruity aroma and a sweet taste. It's made with thermalized cow's milk, which means it's not heated up as much as pasteurized. Made with microbial rennet. This French Raclette cheese is creamier and also stronger than the Swiss Emmi Raclette.
