This artisanal mild chorizo is made from Iberico pig, an original breed from Spain. The meat is seasoned with natural spices. It is a unique product of singular juiciness and flavor. Upon slicing, the aroma creates anticipation of heightened flavors. Beautifully presented in a skin pack. The slices are very easy to separate, present on a plate and impress to all Iberico lovers.

Cured for 40 days using artisanal methods in La Alberca, Spain on a Natural Reserve that was declared a World Heritage.

Ingredients: Pork meat, salt, pimento, dextrin, dextrose, garlic, oregano.
