These briny green marinated olives from Spain are hand-picked and processed inside barrels in small batches before being carefully preserved in glass jars. They are grown, harvested, and produced in the southern Spinach province of Andalusia, which is also the world's largest olive oil-producing region, known for making rich, deeply flavorful oils used in cooking and finishing. You can taste the clean, satisfying flavor of premium olive oil in every bite of green olive from this jar. These cracked green olives contain pits and are mostly from the manzanilla and gordal olive varietals. Add them to salads or serve as a stand-alone appetizer or tapas.
