Asiago begins with fresh milk gathered daily from our local farmers. Each wheel is handcrafted and aged over 12 months, producing a sweet, nutty flavor with a hint of sharpness that satisfies but never overpowers. Asiago has a wonderfully pronounced flavor that makes it incredibly appealing to many people.
