This traditional Manchego Cheese by Campomancha is an exquisite and unique Spanish cheese made from sheep’s milk; this national heritage has an ancient history with Denomination of Origin.
This artisan sheep's milk cheese is cured for 6 months. In the tradition of all Manchego cheeses, Campomancha's Manchego cheese is rubbed with oil to give it that smooth texture and distinct taste. Not as intense as aged Manchego cheeses, this has a great mild flavor, subtle aroma, and pleasantly mild spiciness. This cheese tastes sweet and salty as well as lightly nutty.
Campomancha Manchego Cheese D.O.P pairs perfectly well with Valentina Gourmet Toast. It also goes well on your sandwich or as an appetizer on your tapas cheese board, along with our selection of gourmet charcuterie meats selection.
