The 2018 vintage was as big as it was beautiful. The Dot Wine Lyrik Vineyard Pinot Noir is a prime example of the bright cherry and berry fruit the Santa Rosa basin is known for. Lots of berries and plum aromatics with bright acidity and rose petals and framing tannins. 

The aromatics are black cherry and dried cranberries with plenty of cherry-berry fruit upfront with good tannin structure and bright acidity.

Pairs well with: barbequed anything smothered with sauce, sunsets on the beach, and chocolate.
