Garden Of Esther's Pepperoncini fresh pasta in rigatoni shape is vegan and naturally flavored with cayenne pepper, which gives it a little kick to its spiciness level. All of our fresh pasta is extruded through a bronze dye, making the pasta's surfaces a little coarse, and thus, a better surface for sauces to cling to.
