Gnocchi filled with Gorgonzola D.O.P Cheese
Directions: Drop half a packet of frozen gnocchi into a huge pot of boiling water and stir a few times. Cook the gnocchi for 2 minutes after the water returns to a boil and the gnocchi floats to the top.
