Directions: Drop half a packet of frozen gnocchi into a huge pot of boiling water and stir a few times. Cook the gnocchi for 2 minutes after the water returns to a boil and the gnocchi floats to the top.

Ingredients: Potato, "00" Flour, Gorgonzola DOP cheese, Ricotta (10%), Durum Flour, Corn Starch, Breadcrumbs, Salt. Coated with Rice Flour.
