Perfect to pair with fresh cheeses, salami, and cured meats, such as Parma Ham and Jamòn Iberico. It adds an interesting twist to stewed and roasted red wine-infused meats.
Giusti was founded in 1605 and is amongst some of the longest-running vinegar-producing families in the region of Emila Romagna. It is made from the must of cooked sundried grapes and aged wine vinegar, it is then aged in barrels. The Aroma and flavor recall plum jam, red fruit, honey, and vanilla.
